PPF Equality SchemeThe Pension Protection Fund is committed to the promotion of equal opportunities and diversity both internally, through our HR and management functions, and externally - in our work to promote fair pensions. We have moved forward with this commitment and are now publishing our Equality Scheme setting out our objectives and priorities for the coming years. The Equality Scheme has been drafted in line with new developments that require public bodies to develop programmes of action on gender, race and disability equality, both in relation to their internal and their external functions, and to ensure too that they operate fairly in relation to age, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic origin, colour and religion. Equally important, it reflects our aim to make sure that our policies and the ways in which they are implemented are accessible and inclusive; appropriate to all our staff and stakeholders.
